We are having big problem with the grass growth in the pond which is really deep towards the center. What are the best kind of fish to introduce to help control the grass and where can I get them?

I have a 22×15x4(deep) koi pond with a liner it sits bellow ground, has a debris filter, marginal and several lillies. The pond has been established for two years now. The koi range from approximately 3 large (12 inch) 8 medium (5inch) 15 assorted from fry to 1.5 inch.
I also have a waterfall and am aware that UV filters also destroy beneficial bacteria.

I really want to put a running fountain and filter in it but I don’t want to frogs that are living in it now to leave. Will they hang around even if the water is circulating through?

I am thinking about using a horse feed tub as the basin and use rounded brick to decorate as the outside around the bin. Any other ideas similar that would be different than just a plain basic plastic tub basin that they currently make for water ponds? Thank you in advance.

I have 1 of those 250gallon pond with pump, with coi,2 sucker fish and use tetra pond algae control and the water seems to stay green even when i clean it all out just a few days earlier.
